a.) 'islands": vote 3-0 in favor of design concept brought to

committee by Shannon Perry for restoration of Lopes

Square, provided the plaque requested by Peter Cookis included to commenorate the fishermen of the Cap'n Bill who brought the Lopes Square anchor up from the sea. DPW Sandra Turner spoke about financing

and Rotary Club representative about donations and

support.

b.) Update Bas Relief

Paysage to draw up contract with DPW on

additional items such as irrigation, lighting, brick

work,etc.

Mary Ann to check on walkway alternatives

March earliest date for final plans from Paysage,

contingent on contract.

c.) bike racks

vote 3-0 in favor of placing bike racks at entry to

beach west side of Cabral's marina

continue to research alternate places for remaining racks
