Call to Order: Co-Chair Paul Redlund called the Meeting to order at 11:00 A.M.

PUBLIC MEETING

DPW REPORT

· Pile Driving Issues - The Committee and David Guertin discussed in some detail the various pile driving issues and possible solutions.

· Miscellaneous - David Guertin reported that Adrian Duncan had been hired to help out with secretarial work associated with the Pier Project.

NEW BUSINESS –

None

OLD BUSINESS - Items discussed included the Courtesy Float, the gangway, the upcoming litigation on the fuel tank beneath the Municipal Parking Lot, and the weekly Construction Meeting.

ADJOURNMENT

Joyce Guide moved to adjourn at approximately 12:15 P.M. and it was so voted unanimously.
