Call to Order: Co-Chair Jane Donoghue called the Meeting to order at 1 PM.

PUBLIC MEETING

Minutes for December 20, 2001 meeting were approved.

Revised Construction Schedule

· Access to the Front Door of the Whydah Museum assured by Bill Lovely.

· Jane Donoghue will contact Floatowners Association to inform them about new construction schedule

Motion: Joyce Guide moved to approve the revised schedule for MacMillan Pier reflecting a Dec. 2002 completion date. Seconded by Ginny Binder. Motion voted and passed 4-0.

Construction Debris Disposal

Local disposal site is not available. Debris will be temporarily deposited at DPW site. AGM will take care of removal to a permanent disposal facility and cover all related costs.

Bill Lovely leaves at 1:35 PM.

Harbormaster Building Relocation

Discussion with Chad DeLima on the placement of Harbormasters’ office building. Chad D. prefers the corner of Main and Tee Pier.

Change Orders #5 & #6

Motion made by Rex McKinsey to approve Change Order 5 & 6 as outlined in David Guertin’s report, dated January 9, 2002. Seconded by Joyce G. Motion voted and passed 4-0.

SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING - Wednesday, February 13th at 1:00 PM.
