Abate the FY 2000 assessed valuation to $348,700 and the FY 2001 assessed valuation to $400,700 in exchange for the Club’s withdrawal of these pending cases.  This offer is also contingent upon the execution of an agreement between the Club and the Board of Assessors that the Club shall, hereafter, not seek an abatement on the above-referenced property on the grounds that it is exempt from local taxation.  The motion carried by a vote of 4-0.
