$8392 in revolving account Voted to accept Treasures Report by Georgia Coxe and seconded by Connie Black.

Report from Gil Franklin read by Connie Black, Gil recommended the Paul King Foundry in Johnston RI Georgia will call Paul King.

Peggy reported on the SOS Conservation Grants through the Heritage Preservation Foundation, she will call for an application.

Stephen Nofield Report Moving paintings from Heritage to basement of Town Hall was discussed. Stephen said that he would draw up a contract for Jim Zimmerman.

DATA BASE Discussion on what needs to be included. Gary Delius MIS for town will work with Stephen n a system for the Art Commision.

Neva Hanson last meeting: We thank her for all the work she has done on behalf on the Town's collection.
