Minutes of Jan. 9, ‘01 read and amended. Peggy Prichett moved to accept. Neva Hansen seconded.
Vote was unanimous.
Heritage Museum Board
of Trustees Peggy Prichett reported that their
scheduled meeting was cancelled. We discussed plans to remove work from the
Heritage Museum for hanging at Town Hall.
Neva will contact Dale Fanning to coordinate move.
Calender Peggy reported that they are comparing prices to
find the best solution.
Hanging Work The commission spent most of the meeting looking over the wall space at town hall
including the licensing department in the basement. It was decided to move some of the pieces from the hall so
that they would get better light.
We discussed doing this fairly soon. Neva will discuss this with Peter Macara.
Budget
The commission will be meeting with the Board of Selectmen on January 18
at 5:30 pm to discuss the budget.
