NEW BUSINESS
At 3:40 p.m.
Sharon Lynn and David Gardner arrived to discuss the storage of the art
collection. Sharon Lynn said the
collection will be housed on the second floor of the old library. Ms. Lynn said that her major concerns were
fire, security and other emergencies.
She went over how the area would be set up and secured. How the paintings would be moved to the new
location was also discussed. Some paintings
will be out on loan and won't have to be moved initially, but would return to
the vault after the loan. Ms. Lynn
asked if Mr. Borkowski thought the space would be large enough. He thought that it would be, but would have
to take measurements. There was more
discussion about the Town Hall renovations.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 4:08 p.m.
