Stephen
Borkowski had a letter from the Cahoon Museum. They submitted a list of about
20 paintings they would like for a special exhibit which will be held from
March 15th through April 23rd. Mr. Borkowski felt that a
couple should be reframed. There was a general discussion of the paintings on
the list and the possible reframing of some of them. Jim Bakker checked on the
insurance values of the paintings and felt that the values were too low. He
suggested making a new list with new values.
A motion was
made to accept the list with the exception of the William Halsall (#7)
painting.

the frames with the title, artist, etc., also possibly placing an information
sheet next to the painting with more information.
Jim Zimmerman

checking on frames for plaque size. Jim Bakker will speak to Mr. Zimmerman
regarding the plaques.

restoration of paintings that will be displayed at the new library. Mr.
Borkowski suggested some paintings to be displayed and the members discussed
the cleaning and reframing of them. He will talk to Kristina Bird about doing
the necessary work.
Jim Bakker
