Treasurer's Report There was some discussion of the funds received for insurance on "The Tourists". The town has informed the commission that the money can be used for other sculpture work but must be encumbered. Diane moved to approve the Treasurer's report. Peggy seconded. Vote was unanimous.

Storage Space Update It was decided that the commission would see how near the space is to completion after the meeting. It was agreed that Connie Black would look into acquiring shelving for the space.

Bronzes Georgia reported that she called the foundry to wait on cleaning "The Doughboy" because of lack of funds. However since we can use the leftover insurance money Georgia or some other commission member will reopen negotiations with foundry. Georgia will look into paving the space around "The Tourists."

Goals ‑Steve showed us a form which we are supposed to return with our goals, short range and long range. After discussion we came up with a list of goals.

New Member With Peter Siegel as a new member the commission now has a full membership. Peter has a background working with museums and with reproducing art work digitally and designing web pages as well as general photography. We are very pleased to have him as a member.

Peter Hunt Furniture Peggy picked up the inventory of Peter Hunt furniture owned by the town. At the present time it is stored at several locations around town. Peggy and a group will tour the furniture with Greta, the town clerk.

Fall Art Festival Diane brought up the subject of the art festival. We are all agreed that we would like to participate again with the collection. Steve mentioned that Wanda Corn would like to come to town to speak. We suggested having her at the art festival.
