1. Report by chairman on status of commission with the High School because of upcoming construction

2. Present proposed paper on commission's role to be sent to all boards and departments.

3. DEP and Town Manager would like more work for their offices

4. Interviews with applicants for position of Collections Manager

5. Discussed with Stefan Nofield what we should be doing next.

6. Work session at some point to put slides into albums and number.
