I.     EIS/EA UPDATE

The final report has been submitted and is awaiting final comments. Should be complete in three months or so. The current focus is on the runway improvements, etc. Dutch is to call Jeff O'Connell in next few days for status report. There is a meeting of the Cape Cod Commission on 13 April at which time the subcommittee plans to present their order of conditions of a cat wall.:: of about 400 feet beyond the triple lights with a road with turn around at the triple light back to airport. This will be presented for final approval by the entire Commission.

II.      SRE/ARFF GARAGE UPDATE

Moving right along, with only two "hang ups" ‑ the final DBE (disadvantaged business enterprise) participation report by MHD, who appears to be having a difficult time in creating, and the asphalt correction. This correction is still in limbo and if it is not completed by the end of May, the commission will take the $6,800 being held and hire another firm to correct it.

MOTION:         TO PAY $7,321.90 TO MHD IN FULL FOR EVERYTHING

LESS       THE $6,900 FOR THE ASPHALT CORRECTION AND

          THE $1,200 FOR LIQUIDATED DAMAGES.

MOVED:                                           RICHARD SILVA

SECONDED:         STEVE PAGE

VOTE:          3 YES 0 NO      0 ABSTAIN

Butch will cut the check and hold it until the DBr.~‑'. report is completed by MHD and all parties are satisfied.

III.      TERMINAL HVAC UPDATE

Nothing new ‑ Peter Gray‑Mullen made a call today with no response from Architectural Engineers. Pressure being applied from all factions ‑ TRA/E&K/Butch, etc. Better Comfort System ready to do work ‑ waiting for plan and permission from Architectural Engineers to do the work.
