What is required at application time?
• 2019 Application Form: Application completed & signed by both landlord & tenant(s) of each rental unit(s).
• Lease Verification: Copy of lease dated from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 stating occupants, rent amount & utility payment responsibility (Tenant; Owner or combination of both)
• Income Verification: 2017 Federal Returns (copies) for each renter who earns an income.
• Rental Certificate Verification: Proof of Rental Certificate on file with Licensing Agent.
• FY19 Real Property Bill: FY19 First Half Property Tax Bill must be paid in full.
Please note: Applications for this program will not be accepted by the Assessor's Office unless all the requirements mentioned above have been fulfilled.
