The B-Street Garden and Conservation Park opened on May, 1 2010!
The garden area consists of 76 plots: 71 ground plots and 5 raised accessible beds. All plots are currently being gardened, but we maintain a waitlist. A few plots turn over each year, but it is not unusual to be on the waitlist for a couple growing seasons.
The community garden is part of a 2.29 acre parcel of land, home to Shank Painter Pond, extensive wetlands and rare wildlife. It is a great place to relax, meet people and grow your own food.
Thank you to the Provincetown Conservation Commission, the B-Street Garden Advisory Group, AmeriCorps Cape Cod and, of course, our gardeners for all their hard work in helping make this a wonderful and successful community project.
