The acquisition of Harbor Hill continues to proceed with approximately 1300 timeshare deeds under review in Land Court. Once that review is complete, the process will return to bankruptcy court followed by closing on the acquisition. The Year Round Market Rate Rental Housing Trust has begun the assessment and design of the renovations through the architectural firm of LDa out of Cambridge. The teams of architects and engineers have conducted a rigorous assessment and have brought preliminary findings to the Trust and continue the design phase. The goal is to begin the renovations as soon as possible once the Town owns the property. It is also the intent of the Trust to make some units available as soon as possible, perhaps during the renovations if permissible. The Town of Provincetown continues to accept applicants to the Notification List for Harbor Hill rentals with 52 households submitted to date for the 26 units at Harbor Hill. Of those 52 households, half are households of 2 or more and half are single person households. Five of the households have children under 18.
