Chapter 264 of the Acts of 1991


AN ACT RELATIVE TO BICYCLE TRAFFIC ON COMMERCIAL STREET IN THE TOWN OF PROVINCETOWN.


Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section eleven B of Chapter eighty-five of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of Provincetown is hereby authorized to adopt rules providing for the operation of bicycle traffic on Commercial Street in said town relative to the direction of travle and passing.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
