To administer funds collected through donations on tax bills for Town Scholarship Fund.

Authority	Summary
Board of Selectmen Vote on November 28, 2005	The Town accepted MGL 194 of the Acts of 1986 in March of 1988 to establish a scholarship and education fund. Tax bills include a donation request option to these funds. Treasurer requested committee be formed according to MGL 60 §3C to administer funds collected.
