The Provincetown Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing and public meeting on Tuesday, September 9, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown Massachusetts, to consider the following:

Request for an Amended Order of Conditions

Application by Joyce Holupka & Pamela Cyr for a Notice of Intent under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act M.G.L. c. 131, § 40 and the Provincetown Wetlands Bylaw Chapter 12. Applicant proposes renovations to a two family dwelling, construction of an addition, and associated site work, including coastal dune enhancement at the property located at 485 Commercial Street, Provincetown.
