The Provincetown Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 03, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Hearing Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA. The Planning Board will consider the following application:

Case #2008-16 Site Plan Review

Application by William N. Rogers, II, P.E. & P.L.S. on behalf of Roberta J. Cornette and Evelyn M. Gentemann under Article 2, Section 2320 of the Zoning Bylaws for High Elevation Protection District B. The applicants seek approval to extend an existing upper deck 6’ 8” and construct a 552 square foot lower deck with stairs, hot tub and 10’ x 12’ wood shed on concrete piers at the property located at 10 Telegraph Hill, Provincetown, MA (Res1 Zone).
