The Provincetown Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing and public meeting on Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown Massachusetts, to consider the following:

Request for an Amended Order of Conditions

Application by Elia A. Sinaiko, PhD. for a request for an Amended Order of Conditions under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act M.G.L. c. 131, § 40 and the Provincetown Wetlands Bylaw Chapter 12. Applicant seeks an amended order of conditions for permit number SE 058-0379 for reconstruction of existing bulkhead at the property located at 609-611 Commercial Street, Provincetown.
