Application by Judy K. Mencher represented by Paul Shea, Independent Environmental Consultants, Inc. for a Notice of Intent under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act M.G.L. c. 131, § 40 and the Provincetown Wetlands Bylaw Chapter 12. Applicant seeks to construct two residential buildings (4 units), septic systems, parking spaces, walkways, retaining walls, and landscaping at the property located at 27-31 Bangs Street, Provincetown.
