Info sessions are scheduled for Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at 5:30 pm and Saturday August 11, 2018 at 10:00 am at the Veterans Memorial Community Center (VMCC) 2 Mayflower Street.
Fully completed applications are due no later than Thursday, September 27th as detailed in the application. A lottery will be scheduled on or about November 2, 2018. The acquisition of Harbor Hill continues to proceed with a hearing scheduled in bankruptcy court in August to be followed by closing on the acquisition sometime around Labor Day. The Invitation for Bids for the renovations has been issued with construction to begin after acquisition in September/October.
