[ARCHIVED] CAPE COD REGIONAL GOVERNMENT ASSEMBLY OF DELEGATES Notice of Public Hearing

On September 21, 2022 at 4:00 p.m., the Barnstable County Assembly of Delegates will hold a public hearing on Proposed Ordinance 22-24, Amending Ordinance 22-07 allocating $10 million for distributions to towns from funds received by Barnstable County under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA). The public hearing will be open to anyone wishing to testify or make public comment on the proposed ordinance. The full text of the proposed ordinance has been electronically distributed to the Town Clerk of each town in Barnstable County, is also available on the Assembly web page with instructions on accessing the public hearing, and will be detailed on the Assembly of Delegates Business Calendar for September 21, 2022 located at https://www.capecod.gov/county-government/meeting-center/. Comments can also be emailed to owen.fletcher@barnstablecounty.org by noon on or before the date of the public hearing. The public hearing and Assembly meeting will be live streamed via YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/c/BarnstableCountyVideo and can also be accessed at https://www.capecod.gov.
