Opioids Settlement Programming

In 2023, Outer Cape Community Solutions and the Provincetown, Truro, Wellfleet and Eastham health departments, in partnership as the OC Wellness collaborative  met in stakeholder workshops, planning opioid settlement funded regional programming. October 5, 2023: Through OCCS’s coordination, the “OC Wellness” group’s regional strategy has been developed, with plans to roll out novel shared services, approved by the Provincetown Board of Health. Click here to view the presentation, https://view.earthchannel.com/PlayerController.aspx?&PGD=provinctv&eID=2664 This proposal for 2024 offers a combination of harm reduction, treatment, recovery, prevention and transportation options to support and directly affect people with substance use disorder and their families in the Outer Cape communities.
