Update: See pictures
that reflect this project's status just prior to the commencement
of the liner scheduled for the week of May 12th. Noteworthy are
the stands of trees we were able to save and the berms created on
both town property and Cumberland Farms property that contain the
impacted soils. Project is progressing on schedule the Department

Changes to Aquaculture Regulations:
The Provincetown Board of Selectmen held a public hearing on Monday,
May 12, 2008 at 6 P.M. in the Judge Welsh Hearing Room, Provincetown
Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 and then
and there voted to revise the Aquaculture Regulations, effective
immediately. See Public

Provincetown 2008 Parking Permits:
Parking Permits for the 2008 season will be available
beginning Monday, April 1st, at the Parking Department, Provincetown
Police Station, 26 Shankpainter Road, Provincetown MA, between the
hours of 8:00AM and 12:30 PM and 1:00PM and 3:00PM. The office will
be closed from 12:30 to 1pm for lunch Monday through Friday beginning
on Tuesday, April1 2008. Thursday Only 10-12.30 1-2. This includes
Patriots Day, Monday, April21, 2008. See
